Getting started
Create a free account at https://capio.iqtbots.ai/register?plan=free. Your first 30 minutes each month are included on the Free plan. Upload a recording in the app or connect the Chrome extension to caption live meetings in your browser.
Supported languages
Capio transcribes meetings in Sranan Tongo (beta), Sarnami, Dutch, and English. You can also generate translations and meeting notes from your transcripts inside the app.
Plans & billing
Paid subscriptions are activated after bank transfer and receipt verification:
- Free — 30 minutes/month, 30-day retention.
- Pro — 1,200 minutes/month, 365-day retention, live captioning, and AI meeting notes.
- Team — 3,000 minutes/seat/month with shared organization billing.
After choosing a paid plan, sign in and visit Billing for payment instructions. Upload your transfer receipt within 48 hours to keep your subscription active. To change an active paid subscription, contact us — plan changes are handled by our team.
Chrome extension
Install Capio Meeting Recorder from the Chrome Web Store to record audio from a meeting tab after you start a session. Connect it from https://capio.iqtbots.ai/extension/connect while signed in. You can disconnect the extension at any time from your account settings or the extension itself. See our Privacy Policy for details on what the extension collects.
Recordings & retention
Meeting recordings and transcripts are kept according to your plan's retention period, then deleted automatically. Free accounts retain content for 30 days; paid plans include longer retention. Export anything you need to keep before the retention period ends.
Account access
Forgot your password? Use Reset password on the sign-in page. If you were invited to a team, accept the invitation from the link in your email to finish setting up your account.
Report a bug
Signed-in users can use the Report Bug button in the app to send feedback with context attached. For general questions or billing help, use the form above or email info@iqtholding.solutions.
